Shipping
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Since our harnesses are personalized with your dog's name, we begin production immediately after your order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges
Non-personalized items
If you ordered without a custom name, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it's unused and in original packaging.
Personalized items
Because personalized harnesses are made specifically for your dog, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or the name was printed incorrectly.
Size exchanges
If the size doesn't fit, we offer a free size exchange within 30 days. Simply email us at support@wagivo.com with your order number and your dog's chest measurement, and we'll sort it out.
Defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect name, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
