Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States and the United Kingdom — no minimum. Because every harness is made to order with your dog's name, production begins the moment your order comes in.

Delivery times are estimates and can shift with customs, weather, or holiday volume. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Not satisfied
Contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or a free replacement.
Personalized items
Personalized harnesses are fully covered. Because they can't be resold, you usually won't need to send them back — just reach out and we'll take care of it.
Free size exchange
If the size doesn't fit, email contact@wagivo.com with your order number and your dog's chest measurement. We'll send the replacement at no cost, within 60 days of delivery.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or with an incorrect name, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
