Shipping & delivery

How long does it take?

Every harness is made to order with your dog's name: 4–6 business days to craft your name patch, then 4–7 business days of tracked shipping.

  • United States — 8–13 business days in total.
  • United Kingdom — 8–13 business days in total.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Why the wait?

Because we're not shipping from a shelf. Each harness is printed with your dog's name once you order — that's what makes it uniquely yours.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free tracked shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom, no minimum order.

Which countries do you ship to?

The United States and the United Kingdom. We're not shipping to other countries yet — email contact@wagivo.com if you'd like to know when yours goes live.

Personalization

How do I add my dog's name?

On the harness product page, tap Personalize — Add your dog's name above the Add to cart button and preview the name on the patch. Type the name (up to 10 characters). The name is saved to your order automatically.

How is the name applied?

Printed on a soft velcro patch on the side panel — bold, clear, removable, and swappable if you ever want to change it.

Can I add a phone number?

Yes. Fill in the Phone number on name patch (optional) field to print your number as a second line under the name — helpful if your dog ever gets lost.

Can I change the name after ordering?

Name changes are possible within 24 hours of placing the order — email contact@wagivo.com. After production begins, changes can't be made.

Sizing & fit

How do I choose the right size?

Measure the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs. Chest girth matters most — weight is only a guide. Each size is adjustable within its range.

  • Teacup — chest 9.8–12.2 in (25–31 cm) · 2–5 lbs (1–2.3 kg)
  • Toy — chest 11.8–16.1 in (30–41 cm) · 4–9 lbs (1.8–4 kg)
  • XS — chest 14.2–19.7 in (36–50 cm) · 5–13 lbs (2.3–6 kg)
  • S — chest 19.7–23.6 in (50–60 cm) · 13–26 lbs (6–12 kg)
  • M — chest 21.7–25.6 in (55–65 cm) · 22–44 lbs (10–20 kg)
  • L — chest 25.6–31.5 in (65–80 cm) · 40–77 lbs (18–35 kg)
  • XL — chest 27.6–35.4 in (70–90 cm) · 55–100 lbs (25–45 kg)
  • XXL — chest 35.4–47.2 in (90–120 cm) · 90–180 lbs (40–80 kg)

Between two sizes, choose the larger one. Note: Teacup and Toy are available in 11 of our 13 colors (not available for Red and Rose Red).

What if the harness doesn't fit?

Free size exchange within 60 days. Email contact@wagivo.com with your order number and the size you need — we send the replacement at no cost.

Returns & the 60-day promise

What's the return policy?

60-day happiness promise on every order. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days for a refund or a free replacement.

Does the promise cover personalized items?

Yes, fully. We stand behind every order, whether it's personalized or not.

Product questions

Can puppies wear it?

Yes, from teacup pups to large-breed puppies. Our smallest size is Teacup, built for a chest of 25 cm / 9.8 in (around 2 lbs / 1 kg). The four adjustment points let the fit follow a growing puppy within each size range.

Does the leash match the harness?

Yes. The Matching Leash comes in seven colors picked from the harness palette, with reflective stitching. One width (2.5 cm), two lengths: 150 cm (59 in) or 180 cm (71 in).
