Shipping & delivery

How long does it take?

Every harness is made to order with your dog's name, so the timeline is a little longer than off-the-shelf:

• United States — 10–19 business days total (2–4 days production + 8–15 days tracked shipping).
• Australia — 12–22 business days total (2–4 days production + 10–18 days tracked shipping).

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Why the wait?

Because we're not shipping from a shelf. Each harness is printed with your dog's name and assembled once you order — that's what makes it uniquely yours.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free tracked shipping to the US and Australia, no minimum order.

Do you ship elsewhere?

Not yet. We're working on expanding — join the email list to hear when your country goes live.

Personalization

How do I add my dog's name?

On the harness product page, find the "Personalize — Add your dog's name" field above the Add to cart button. Type the name (up to 10 characters); add a contact number if you'd like a second printed line. The name is saved to your order automatically.

How is the name applied?

Printed on a soft velcro patch on the side panel — bold, clear, removable, and swappable if you ever want to change it.

Can I add a phone number instead of a name?

Yes. Use the Contact Number field to add a second line with a phone number — helpful as a safety identifier if your dog gets lost.

Can I change the name after ordering?

Name changes are possible within 24 hours of placing the order — email contact@wagivo.com. After production begins, changes can't be made.

Sizing & fit

How do I choose the right size?

Measure the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs. Compare with the chart:

• Baby 1 — 10–14 in · 2–5 lbs
• Baby 2 — 14–18 in · 5–10 lbs
• XS — 16–20 in · 8–15 lbs
• S — 18–22 in · 10–20 lbs
• M — 22–28 in · 20–40 lbs
• L — 28–34 in · 40–70 lbs
• XL — 34–42 in · 70–100 lbs
• XXL — 42–50 in · 100+ lbs

Between sizes, size up. Four adjustment points allow up to three inches of fine-tuning.

What if the harness doesn't fit?

Free size exchange within 60 days. Email contact@wagivo.com with your order number and the size you need — we send the replacement at no cost.

Returns & the 60-day promise

What's the return policy?

60-day happiness promise on every order. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days for a refund or a free replacement.

Does the promise cover personalized items?

Yes, fully. We stand behind every order, whether it's personalized or not.

Product questions

Is the harness safe for puppies?

Yes. Baby 1 and Baby 2 sizes are designed for puppies from 2 lbs — extra-soft padding and four adjustment points that let the fit grow with them.

Does the leash match the harness?

Yes. The Matching Leash comes in the same seven colors as the harness, with the same reflective threading and padded handle. Two sizes: S/M (1.5 cm width) and L/XL (2.5 cm width).
