Why French Bulldogs Need a Special Approach to Harnesses
French Bulldogs are brachycephalic — their flat faces mean their airways are already partially compressed. A collar puts direct pressure on the trachea and neck, which can cause coughing, gagging, and in serious cases, collapse of the airway. A harness is not optional for Frenchies. It is essential.
